Shipping and Returns Policy

SHIPPING
For international orders, we charge actual USPS international shipping rates. With the exception of Holidays and extenuating circumstances, orders generally ship within 24-48 business hours of time of placement. Orders shipping within the US generally arrive in 3 business days or less. Shipping time for international orders varies based on location.
INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: Please note that you, the buyer, are responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs charges, etc. required by your country. We do not collect this beforehand, and can't give you an estimate of the cost, because it varies widely around the world. Please do your research so you're ready to get your package cleared through customs and have an idea of what the additional cost will be.
Any import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees due at the time of the delivery are the sole responsibility of the receiving customer. We declare all packages in accordance to the law as such Packing slips for International shipments cannot be marked as a "gift" or with altered prices.
RETURNS
Customers have 60 days to initiate a return from the moment the Pendant is delivered. Please contact us at support@harmonipendant to begin your return if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase. Please do not send in a return without first contacting Harmoni, as a refund will not be possible without this step. All customers will be responsible for shipping charges on returns. Once return is received back to Harmoni, a full refund will be issued to the original purchasing card.
Accidents happen, so here at Harmoni Pendant we also offer a 90 day exchange for all damaged or broken pendants. This also includes the chain and clasp. Please note that we do not offer an exchange for a different pendant. A new purchase must be made to receive a pendant other than the one originally purchased. Customer is responsible for shipping the damaged item back to Harmoni, and the exchangeable item will be shipped to the customer after the exchanged item is received.
